The hotel is perfectly located right next to the pleasure beach, making it ideal for easy access to attractions. The rooms are lovely and clean, just as expected, but the noise level could be a downside. The location was perfect for exploring the attractions at the southern end of the promenade, though the small reception area was a bit uninviting. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable and recently redecorated, spotless, and in excellent condition. Although it was very hot, they provided a desktop fan. The service was outstanding; they went above and beyond for us, and my dog even enjoyed the visit. The location is perfect, just a minute walk from the pleasure beach and Sandcastle waterpark. The dining options were fantastic, with a great variety of choices. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
